For this, we have a highly qualified team involved in their work among which are agronomists, senior architects, and engineers of roads, canals and ports. We have also represented our clients in defense of their rights in urban planning boards

Likewise, we have successfully participated in different expropriation files of both rural properties and urban farms. The main objective of DCM lawyers is for our clients to obtain as much compensation as possible in the expropriation processes, counting with expert surveyors in the matter who help us make the best possible assessment of the land and buildings expropriated. Our system of work in the expropriation procedures is very active so we go personally to visit the property or land that is expropriated, obtaining in this way the best possible knowledge about it, we assist our clients in the lifting of the minutes prior to the occupation and the act of occupation, we request individual meetings with the expropriating body in order to obtain the best possible price, we prepare, together with our engineers, the appreciation sheet, and, once the administrative procedure is exhausted, not to obtain the compensation desired by our client, we interpose the corresponding Contentious-Administrative appeal.
